Last updated: July 2, 2026

FeeloLab ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website feelolab.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.

By using our Site or submitting information through our forms, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you submit our free audit form or contact us, we may collect:

  • Email address
  • Website URL
  • Your name (optional)
  • Any comments or messages you include

Information collected automatically

When you visit our Site, we automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information: browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and language preferences
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and click behavior
  • IP address: used for rate limiting and general geographic analytics (not stored long-term)
  • Cookies and tracking pixels: as described in Section 4

Campaign and referral data

When you arrive at our Site through an advertisement or external link, we may capture URL parameters (such as UTM tags and click identifiers) to understand which campaigns or sources directed you to us. This data is associated with your form submission if you complete one, and is used solely for measuring advertising effectiveness.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the free website audit you requested, including sending your personalized report via email
  • Respond to your inquiries or follow up on your form submission
  • Measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns
  • Analyze how visitors use our Site so we can improve the experience
  • Prevent spam and abuse of our services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may receive or process your data:

  • Vercel — hosting and website analytics (Vercel Privacy Policy)
  • Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics — website analytics and event tracking (Google Privacy Policy)
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising measurement and audience creation (Meta Privacy Policy)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for audit confirmations (Resend Privacy Policy)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We encourage you to review them.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site uses the following tracking technologies:

  • Google Tag Manager — manages analytics and marketing scripts
  • Google Analytics cookies — track anonymous usage patterns (pages viewed, session duration, traffic source)
  • Meta Pixel — tracks conversions from Facebook and Instagram ads, and enables us to create audiences for advertising. This pixel fires a "PageView" event on every page and a "Lead" event when you submit the audit form
  • Vercel Analytics — privacy-friendly performance analytics

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some parts of the Site.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising from Meta by visiting Facebook Ad Settings, and from Google by visiting Google Ad Settings. You may also opt out of many third-party ad networks at aboutads.info.

5. Data Retention

We retain your form submission data (email, website URL, name, and comments) for as long as necessary to deliver the audit service and for our legitimate business purposes, typically no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us.

Analytics data collected by third-party services is retained according to their respective policies.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption on all pages
  • Input sanitization and validation on all form submissions
  • Rate limiting to prevent abuse
  • Anti-spam protections on forms

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction: request that we correct inaccurate data
